We offer easy online booking & ask our clients to schedule online, all your info & health intake form will be sent straight to the scheduled Therapist. Click the "Book Online” button to schedule your mobile spa appointment. An appointment confirmation will be sent to your email & phone number after scheduling to confirm. The Therapist might reach out to you personally to confirm your appointment to make sure we are a good fit for you. Full payment of service is due at scheduling online or by phone with a valid Credit/Debit Card, so please have this information ready. Your scheduled Therapist will contact you when they are on the way for your appointment please reply, if we don’t receive a reply to confirm the appointment will be considered a no show & no refund will be given.

Your Massage Therapist will arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time depending on traffic. If the Massage Therapist is running behind he & or she will contact you. For Spa Parties & Corporate Massage, please send us a email above or give us a call for a quote & to schedule.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking using a valid debit or credit card. This secures your appointment and allows our therapists to focus entirely on your relaxation and well-being.
• Corporate Chair Massage & Massage Spa Party Payment: A 50% deposit payment is required at the time of booking using a valid debit or credit card. This secures your appointment date and time. The remaining amount will be collected the day before the appointment. This allows our therapists to focus entirely on your relaxation and well-being.
• Gratuity: Gratuities are not included in the service price. While optional, it is customary to tip 18–20% for spa services, especially considering the convenience of our traveling therapists.
• Digital Tips: If you wish to add a gratuity, it must be included at the time of booking through our app.
• Cash Tips: If you prefer to tip after the service, please have the exact amount in cash, as our therapists do not carry change.

Pre-payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable. However, it may be transferred to a new appointment date if rescheduling happens at least 24 hours before the original scheduled time. We do not offer refunds on cancellations — Thank you for your understanding.

Get your space ready & create a relaxing ambience for your Treatment. Please let the massage therapist know if you have any injuries, experiencing any pain or have any concerns. It is up to you to let the massage therapist know at anytime if pressure needs adjusted, you feel pain or uncomfortable.
All clients will be draped with a sheet & blanket during treatment. Please be showered & scent free before receiving your massage treatment.

A quiet, comfortable area with an outlet & water nearby is suggested. Please have all animals in a separate area at therapists arrival. It takes about 5-10 minutes for setup. Please be aware of the massage therapists time, time starts and ends on time.

Mobile Massage KC is a professional massage therapy company that provides therapeutic massage to promote self-healing, relaxation, pain relief and wellness. We provide massage services only at the convenience of our clients' locations. We have a zero tolerance policy for any inappropriate gestures, behavior, sexual actions, comments or disrespect from our clients. Any such behavior will not be tolerated and will result in the termination of the session and the client being responsible for double the amount of service. Client will also be denied future services. We maintain a safe and professional environment for our staff and clients.
