We offer easy online booking & ask our clients to schedule online, all your info & health intake form will be sent straight to the scheduled Therapist. Click the "Book Now” button to schedule your mobile spa appointment.
An appointment confirmation will be sent to your email & phone number after scheduling to confirm.
A deposit is due at scheduling online or by phone with a valid Credit/Debit Card, so please have this information ready.
Your scheduled Therapist will contact you when they are on the way for your appointment please reply, if we don’t receive a reply to confirm the appointment will be considered a no show.

Your Massage Therapist will arrive about 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time depending on the type of service that is booked.

• Table Massage Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your mobile massage appointment and is applied toward the total cost of your service.
• Corporate Chair Massage & Massage Spa Party Payment: A 50% deposit payment is required at the time of booking using a valid debit or credit card. This secures your appointment date and time. The remaining amount will be collected the 1-2 days before the appointment.
• Gratuity: Gratuities are not included in the service price. While optional, it is customary to tip 18–20% for spa services, especially considering the convenience of our traveling therapists.
• Digital Tips: If you wish to add a gratuity, it must be included at the time of booking through our app.
• Cash Tips: If you prefer to tip after the service, please have the exact amount in cash, as our therapists do not carry change.

24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the day of the appointment are charged the full service amount.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be credited to your client account for future use if a cancellation or reschedule is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

If you are sick please reschedule.
If you are currently under Doctors care & have medical conditions please provide a Doctor approval note to receive massage therapy.
If you’re a high risk pregnancy please provide a Doctor note to receive massage therapy.

Get your space ready & create a relaxing ambience for your Treatment. Please let the massage therapist know if you have any injuries, experiencing any pain or have any concerns. It is up to you to let the massage therapist know at anytime if pressure needs adjusted, you feel pain or uncomfortable.
All clients will be draped with a sheet & blanket during treatment. Please be showered & scent free before receiving your massage treatment.

A quiet, comfortable area with an outlet & water nearby is suggested. Please have all animals in a separate area at therapists arrival. It takes about 5-10 minutes for setup. Please be aware of the massage therapists time, time starts and ends on time.

During bad weather such as snow, ice, below freezing or other risky conditions & staff feel unsafe to make the trip we will reach out to reschedule for our soonest next availability. Safety first.

Mobile Massage KC is a professional massage therapy company providing therapeutic massage services focused on relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. All services are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to gestures, comments, sexual advances, or disrespectful conduct.
Our priority is to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and licensed massage therapists.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking using a valid debit or credit card. This secures your appointment and allows our therapists to focus entirely on your relaxation and well-being.
• Corporate Chair Massage & Massage Spa Party Payment: A 50% deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking using a valid debit or credit card. This secures your appointment date and time. If a 50% deposit is collected at booking, the remaining amount will be collected the day before the appointment. This allows our therapists to focus entirely on your relaxation and well-being.

Your session is a dedicated time reserved just for you. If you need to make a change, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.
Pre-payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable. However, it may be transferred to a new appointment date if rescheduling happens at least 24 hours before the original scheduled time. We do not offer refunds on cancellations — Thank you for your understanding.

After picking your treatment, day, & time online, you will be prompted through a quick new client intake form so we can learn more about you, how we can help, & get all those health questions out of the way paperless.
